Trainee Sales Administrator
6 month maternity contract - may be extended
Start date - June 2021
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
£17'500p/a - £18'500p/a dependent on experience


Duties are varied but will include answering/handling incoming calls, general company administration, accounts administration/calls. You will also act as primary contact for answering the door and welcoming visitors to site.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Help with accounts administration

  • Carry out sales order processing/purchase order processing and order acknowledgements

  • Chase purchase orders placed with suppliers and update the in house system

  • Customer/supplier credits and invoicing

  • Deal with Customer queries - late deliveries/shortages, etc

  • Answering incoming calls and assist callers

  • Answering warehouse door and assist couriers

  • Looking after internal meeting rooms, ensuring clean and tidy at all times

  • Main point of contact for front door and assisting visitors

  • Process customers returns

  • Produce product labels for stores

  • Take credit card payments and process orders
