JOB TITLE: Trainee Insurance Consultant


LOCATION: Taunton, Somerset


SALARY: £20K - £25K PA


HOURS: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with some Saturday mornings 8.30am - 12.00pm worked on a rota basis.

THE ROLE: Dealing with clients on the phone as well as face to face regarding their claims, adjustments and renewals. You will be responsible for establishing and building client relationships to create new prospects and develop business. You'll be a key point of contact within the branch. This may involve building rapport with new clients, or maintaining and checking in with existing accounts. You will provide great customer service, be a great listener and help people get their desired outcome.


As you expand your knowledge of the products and services you will be able to educate clients on what you can offer and guide clients to choose the insurance that suits them.
