Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with a fast paced and innovative team for a Permanent Trainee Admin Assistant. The role is perfect for someone who is looking for their first office role with progression or has some administrative support experience looking for the next step. Based in Dunfermline, Fife, salary up to £20,000 per annum depending on experience. The core hours are Monday - Friday, 8.45am-5.00pm. A full UK driving licence would be beneficial but not essential.


Role Overview


This is an excellent opportunity to learn with future opportunity to develop. You will work alongside this successful and hardworking Administration Team supporting the Senior Administrator and Resource Manager to assist the team in ensuring essential daily tasks and be pro active in being an essential support Administrator to ensure the workload is always met.


Duties include:



  • Helping the team to answer and field incoming telephone calls

  • Accurately process enquiries the relevant team or person in a timely manner ensuring accurate information if a call back is required

  • Taking responsibility for full diary management for the office on a daily and weekly basis

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring meeting rooms are set up accordingly

  • Assisting with archiving, filing, binding of reports, franking mail, photocopying, and scanning

  • Typing support using Microsoft Word

  • Assisting the team with full administration support

  • Creation of all new client jobs

  • Any other ad hoc duties as required and general admin support


Skills and Experience required:



  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • A motivated and quick learner

  • An interest in Administration and building an

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages preferable but not essential

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as a part of a team
