Hours: 08:30 -17:00, Monday to Friday, Office Based

Based within the Marketing department, you will be reporting into the Brand Manager and will be responsible for current marketing and advertising materials in order to maximise customer attraction. You will work with the markets and sales teams to ensure all markets have the appropriate marketing material and marketing information for new seasons/collections… Exciting!

Within your new role as Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all trade marketing materials are distributed to relevant markets in a timely manner to maximise sales opportunities

  • Maintaining accurate forecasting of such marketing materials to ensure ready supply but limit waste

  • Providing a professional interface to all external contacts, driving communication to all retailers and distributors worldwide. Prior to season/collection launch, organise display products for press, inter-company launches and consumer trade shows to retain and increase market share and win new business

  • Coordinating the production of all new seasonal products

  • Coordinating the production of swatches and display products and provide general assistance to the design team

  • Ensuring all publications are distributed to the relevant contributors to maximise customer attraction and ensure customer expectations are met

  • Reviewing all requests for marketing material and samples to determine the optimum balance between customer expectations and commercial benefit

  • Assisting with the proof reading of publications, brochures, magazines to ensure all marketing literature is completed to the highest standard

To be considered for this position you will:

  • Have significant marketing experience in brand led marketing within a B2C business

  • Be quality orientated and be able to demonstrate a desire to improve the quality and effectiveness of the work that is produced

  • Have excellent communication - Confidently and openly communicate with people in a clear, concise and purposeful way

  • Be a team player, able to facilitate and support participation within teams for the achievement of shared business goals

  • Be competent with Microsoft Office - excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
