Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Trade Desk Support Assistant for our client based in Bracknell.

Role: Trade Desk Support Assistant

Location: Bracknell, Office Based

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Our client is a market leader, specialising in live and online auctions. They are known for their exceptional service and high-quality products, helping organisations meet their equipment needs efficiently.


  • Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service to clients and buyers

  • Managing inbound and outbound email correspondence effectively

  • Acting as the central point of contact for project-related enquiries

  • Assisting with diary management and scheduling meetings

  • Handling invoicing, alongside Accounts team

  • Providing essential administrative and logistical support to the Trade Desk Manager to ensure project success

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in providing administrative support
