TPI Manager - Exp only

We're looking for experienced TPI Manager, who is talented, and ambitious to join our rapidly growing business. Managing the Broker and New Connections Teams, you'll be responsible for managing a select group of Brokers and Third Party Intermediaries (TPI's) in order to grow the business working in Leicester managing a very successful team working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week and that can include some working from home.


As the TPI Manager here's a taste of what you'll be doing:



  • Accountability for overall performance of the TPI and New Connections sales channels, covering Acquisitions

  • Provide an environment to inspire achievement and development within team and individuals

  • Encourage a growth-mindset environment

  • Motivate, coach, train and develop staff in accordance with company values and procedures

  • Ensure internal and external business relationships are maintained and developed to achieve optimum delivery and efficiency

  • Investigate and resolve all escalated business and customer queries/complaints

  • Work with Operations / Commercial Analyst's to resolve strategic queries

  • Directly manage the team to ensure flawless sales operations for all aspects of day-to-day performance and delivery within the team and that of the business

  • Regularly review department processes for efficiency improvements and ensure documentation is continually updated

  • Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy making as required

  • Co-ordinate activities and information between departments, working in a co-operative manner cross functionally within the business

  • Account plan with the TPI's to understand and give visibility of their routes to market, potential value and actions to progress value/volume

  • Understand challenges and blockers to sales and ensure these are logged, collated, and communicated to senior management and wider business

  • Adhere to agreed service level agreements for the pricing and servicing of contracts

  • Utilise your experience and relationships in this market to grow the business

  • To constantly hit profit and margin targets that sit within your channels having responsibility to drive sales through weekly team actions plans, collating feedback to aid future improvements

  • Providing accurate reports to both Management where necessary

  • Support the team with weekly conference calls with your top TPI's to manage their performance and track tenders, renewals

  • Work with the renewals team to maintain business

  • Providing up to date status to line manager for all key accounts via account planning including pipeline for both sales channels
