Office Angels are looking for a temporary Training Coordinator to join an advanced Health care client of ours, for a temporary basis of 6-8 weeks.

You must be available to start immediately- Ideally on Monday 13th March and be able to commit for up to 8 weeks, possibly longer

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday - 9- 17:30 - once fully trained you can work 1-2 days from home

SALARY: £14.20 p/h

Office Angels are seeking a highly organised and motivated Training Coordinator a Health care client based in the heart of West London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering various training programs for the organisation. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve client communication, scheduling, maintaining online learning platforms, and ensuring the smooth running of all training programs.


  • Communicating with clients and trainers on a daily basis

  • Effectively arrange logistics for the training programmes - facilities and catering

  • Maintaining up to date records of booked sessions

  • Providing reports using Excel when necessary

  • Assisting with the enrolment of employees into online courses

  • Maintaining training calendars and schedules

  • Managing spreadsheets via Excel


  • Skilled in Excel

  • Highly organised nature

  • Extremely motivated

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A polite and friendly disposition

  • Ability to build good rapport with clients and colleagues

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Good IT skills, competent user of Microsoft Office

  • Strong customer service skills
