Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our client on a temporary basis at their premises in Hamilton.

You will be focused on consistently creating a 5-star customer experience and will provide approachable and assured customer service.

This role will ideally suit someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced front facing role in either a corporate/luxury hotel or showroom environment.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

A typical day:-

  • Switchboard management - answering calls as the first point of contact

  • Booking in customers & dealing with customer enquiries

  • Ensuring the both the diary and customer database are kept up to date

  • Liaising with the workshop staff/suppliers and updating customers when necessary

We would love to speak to candidates who have: -

  • Impeccable telephone skills & previous front of house experience

  • Are smart and well presented

  • Experience of calendar management and bookings.

  • Excellent computer literacy skills including Ms office
