Temporary Sales Administrator

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join our client based in Montrose for a period of 6-8 weeks.

The role will be office based and the standard hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday however there is a degree of flexibility around the start and finish time.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and process data quickly with accuracy.


Key Duties:-

* Daily management of incoming and outgoing orders
* Preparing purchase orders and maintain an extensive expediting spreadsheet
* Fast and accurate data entry
* Liaise with production staff to ensure orders are dispatched on time
* Handling client queries and providing a high standard of customer service

Skills/Knowledge/Understanding
* Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills
* Excellent customer service approach
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
* Excellent typing and listening skills with clear, concise, verbal and written skills.
* Proactive, professional and helpful
* Calm, confident manner and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced technical arena
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel in particular
