📌 Assisting with survivor engagement workshops and consultations.

📌 Supporting team members with action items and communication tasks.

📌 Organising meetings and workshops, including agendas and minutes.

📌 Managing events, both physical and virtual, with careful consideration for attendees' needs.

📌 Supporting colleagues with honorarium arrangements.

📌 Managing documents and data while maintaining confidentiality.

📌 Inputting and managing contact information and distribution lists.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

✅ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, web-based tools, and a willingness to learn new software packages.

✅ Excellent organisational abilities and forward-thinking approach.
