Key Responsibilities:



  • Answering customer service tickets in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Handling phone calls and responding to website queries with professionalism.

  • Collaborating with couriers when required.

  • Addressing customer pain points and providing effective solutions.

  • Reporting valuable customer feedback to continuously improve our service.

  • Utilising customer service helpdesk tools and software for accurate record-keeping.

  • Working with daily reports and reaching out to customers regarding their orders.

  • Collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service.



What We're Looking For:



  • A positive attitude towards helping customers; previous experience in a customer service role is ideal.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with our customers.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems effortlessly.
