Office Angels are recruiting for a Temporary Resourcer to join the HR Team of a Luxury Beauty Products Retailer.


This is a hybrid working role and you will be based 1-2 days a week from their Head Office in Central London and the remainder of the time you can work from home.


This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who has in interest in luxury beauty who is looking to gain some experience in Recruitment and HR.


You will be joining a well established HR team who are friendly and supportive.


Candidate must be available immediately - starting ASAP.



JOB ROLE: Temporary Resourcer - HR / Recruitment Team


COMPANY: Luxury beauty / make-up


HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday 09:00- 17:30


Remote working / Hybrid 2-3 days per week in the office


SALARY: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour


LOCATION: London, West End


CULTURE: Luxury office space / free products

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Screening CV's

  • Sending CV's to stores

  • Following up/chasing stores with CV's sent

  • Telephone screening Beauty Advisors/Supervisors/Colour Specialists

  • Advertising roles on relevant platforms

  • Arranging Assessment days

  • Source makeup schools/colleges for us to recruit in and advertise where possible

  • Ensure all vacancies are advertised internally

  • Ensure that candidates are given feedback in a timely manner where necessary



You will need to be able to deliver a positive candidate recruitment experience, are able to juggle multiple roles and do not mind working at pace! The role would mostly focus on Retail but may need to support with Office and Head Office roles too.


You will be using LinkedIN recruiter, Breezy and Outlooks.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to act with discretion at all times

  • Thrives whilst working in a fast paced environment

  • Able to build strong working relationships and work well with others across all levels

  • Demonstrate initiative and pro activity

  • A flexible and positive 'can-do' attitude

  • Strong attention to detail is essential
