Office Angels are recruiting for a Registration Administrator to join a prestigious medical governing body charitable client of ours, on a Temporary basis of 6 months.

There is the chance for this to turn permanent for the right candidate after a period of temping.

The candidate must be available to start Monday 30th January.

JOB ROLE: Registration Administrator

COMPANY: Medical Governing Body / Medical Charity - that regulates Doctors in the UK

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30 - This is a fully office based role - 5 days per week.

SALARY: £15.71 p/h (equivalent of £28,598 per annum)

LOCATION: Euston, London - office based

CULTURE: Luxury office, working within a professional and busy environment

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

  • Meeting and greeting with newly qualified Doctors

  • Interviewing and checking through their relevant paperwork

  • Identity and document checks for Doctors seeking to join the List of Registered Medical Practitioners.

  • Dealing with enquiries for the Registration Services team.

  • Processing applications for removal from the register

  • Administration

  • Taking part in regular staff training.

  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of policies and procedures.

  • Adhering to company dress code at all times.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Experience of working in a front facing customer service role is desired.

  • Ensuring that external customers are greeted in a polite and friendly manner at all times.

  • Good IT skills- Word and Outlook, knowledge of Excel advantageous.

  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication.

  • The ability to build strong working relationships.

  • Able to use your own initiative and problem solve; escalating issues when necessary.

  • The ability to effectively multitask; handling varied and unexpected transactions.

  • Highly organised and enthusiastic nature.

  • Excellent time keeping skills.
