Required: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Overview:

With 18 care homes over England and Wales this company prides themselves with their outstanding reputation, supporting older Freemasons, their families, and people in the wider community with residential care, nursing and dementia.


As the Receptionist/Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of administration for the home. Ensuring that all visitors and telephone calls to the Home are greeted and directed in an efficient and courteous manner with empathy and strong, centred approach.

  • Welcoming all visitors to the Home

  • Supporting recruitment and selection of new staff

  • Processing invoices

  • Banking and Account administration

  • Data input of Residents records

  • Data input HR Administration

  • General Office Administration


To be successful in this role you'll have to:



  • Be able to create basic letters

  • Have excellent attention to detail

  • Be able to prioritise administrative tasks

  • Have strong empathetic and interpersonal skills

  • Have strong team working approach

  • Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing


Preferable Skills and Qualifications:



  • IT literate including ability to create and manipulate spread sheets, word documents, PowerPoint slides and data bases

  • Secondary level education

  • Track record of delivering effective administration support

  • Experience meeting and greeting customers/clients

  • Desired knowledge of the care sector

  • Desired experience with administration of Management Accounts and Financial Records
