The Role: Temporary Reception
Location: Perth
Hours of Work: 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Rate of Pay: £11 per hour
Assignment Length: 4 months

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist on behalf of our esteemed client.

The hours of work are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary role and is expected to run for a period of 4 months.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a support role, and will be self motivated with excellent attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the Administrative department with shared inbox, diary management, and general queries.
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail
* Arranging board rooms and compiling presentation packs for monthly meetings
* Switchboard management
* Other ad-hoc tasks to support the needs of the business

Key skills:
� Excellent attention to detail
� Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
� Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
� Previous experience in a reactive role
- Process driven
