Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work?


Our client based in Newcastle City Centre is looking for an experienced Receptionist join their business, on a temporary basis from ASAP until the end of February.



  • Start date: ASAP

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

  • Hourly rate: £10.50ph paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels


Duties:



  • FOH Reception cover

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and passing on accurate messages

  • Meeting and greeting tenants of the building

  • Supporting with events

  • Managing branch emails

  • Setting up client meeting rooms


Requirements:



  • Reception/office based experience

  • Self-motivated & pro-active

  • Efficient, effective & organised

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
