JOB TITLE: Temporary Receptionst / Mailroom


LOCATION: Hitchin


CO. TYPE: Insurance


HOURS: We have 2 opportunities with the same client, one to work on Reception for the next month working Thursday and Fridays 8am to 6pm on a busy reception. The second role is to work Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm within a post room environment.


BENEFITS: Both jobs are on a temp basis but could be extended beyond the intial couple of weeks


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Providing reception cover

  • Meeting and greeting

  • Signing in visitors

  • Dealing with deliveries


Mailroom role



  • Sorting mail

  • Reporgraphics

  • Collating documents

  • Removing staples
