Temporary Receptionist
£11 per hour
Ipswich
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
We are currently recruiting for a well-established Accountancy practice based in Ipswich who are looking for a driven and professional Receptionist on a temporary, full-time basis, with the potential to be made permanent.
You will be representing the business, greeting all incoming clients and visitors whilst also working alongside the administration support team.
This is a temporary role with an immediate start date. To be considered for this position, you must be available immediately.
Duties:
- Reporting to the Administration Support Manager and assisting with any duties as requested
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Answering all incoming calls, transferring and taking messages
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Paper and electronic filing
- General administration duties
About you:
- Previous reception/ office based experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT literate and confident using Microsoft package
- Accurate typing skills
- Confident communication skills
