Are you an experienced Receptionist wanting a little bit more from your role? We are looking for a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join a well-established and professional Solicitor firm. To be successful within this role you will be able to liaise with people at all levels and form trusting relationships, be a world class planner and organiser with ability to manage diaries and bookings and provide internal support to the team to enable them to achieve their goals.



If you're a proactive self-starter who can use their own initiative to manage their workload, be a strong problem solver and be passionate about supporting the wider team we are looking for you!

Duties include but are not limited to:



  • Handling incoming and outgoing post

  • General administration and reception duties

  • Moving files, supplies and services around the buildings

  • Occasional banking duties as required

  • Collecting catering/hospitality supplies/ordering stationary

  • Assisting with health and safety matters

  • Acting front of house, answering all incoming calls

  • Managing the inbox to ensure all queries are efficiently dealt with

Requirements:



  • Proficient with all MS Systems, including Excel, Outlook and Word

  • Excellent with numbers, methodical thinker and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and support the team with multiple tasks

  • Must have experience within a similar role or within an Administration role

  • Must have a can-do enthusiastic work ethic, be forward thinking, enthusiastic and switched on

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and excel under pressure
