Office Angels are seeking a skilled temporary Receptionist / Admissions Assistant to join our client's team at a prestigious Fashion & Beauty educational institution located near Oxford Street.


This is a temporary position for approximately one month.



  • Rate for pay: £14.00 per hour

  • Start date: Monday 17th June

  • End date: 1 month possibly longer


As the first point of contact for potential new students, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing engagement and improving conversion rates.


Your responsibilities will include managing various communication channels such as the LCBT Info inbox, Live Chat, CSD phone line, and switchboard for our client's organisation. You will provide information and advice to prospective students in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a highly professional and prompt response time to every enquiry.


In addition, you will be responsible for updating application and registration dashboards on a weekly basis, analysing key trends, and providing proactive suggestions for improvement to the Applicant Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing and Sales. Collaborating closely with the Applicant Marketing Manager and Registry team, you will ensure that applicant data remains up to date in our client's CRM systems, allowing for a seamless customer service experience.


As the Receptionist / Admissions Assistant, you will also be in regular communication with applicants regarding various aspects of their chosen courses, such as start dates, course changes, and cancellations. Accurate record keeping and data entry will be essential to enable comprehensive reporting for the department and management.


This temporary position may also involve assuming additional duties as required to cover staff absence or to ensure operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to workload and duties.


To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar receptionist or office assistant role is preferred.
