Temporary Receptionist / Administrator

Office Angels are seeking a driven and professional Administrator to join our client based in Hamilton, to start ASAP for a duration of 8 weeks then will be reviewed.

*This role has the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate*

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced in providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to a busy team.

Duties include:

  • Answering all incoming calls

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Monitoring security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and providing Covid19 guidelines for the office

  • Distributing mail

  • Diary management

  • Booking travel and accommodation

  • Maintaining office supplies

  • Facilities management

  • Formatting all outgoing correspondence

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth running of the office

Key skills:

  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)

  • Proficient in MS Office packages

  • Fantastic organisational skills

  • Be proactive and be able to work with minimal supervision

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Permanent salary - negotiable depending on experience
