JOB ROLE: Team Administrator/ Receptionist


COMPANY: Corporate Office based near Mayfair


HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm


SALARY: £12 to £14 per hour


CULTURE: High end luxury offices based in the heart of the West End

Office Angels work exclusively with a number of Corporate at Creative companies based in and around the West End, including Mayfair, Marylebone, Oxford Circus, , Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road, Euston, Regent Street, Piccadilly, Leicester Square, Camden, Bond Street, Marble Arch, Marylebone, Mayfair, Baker Street, Edgware Road, Regents Park, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill, Paddington and West Hampstead.


We regularly recruit Administrators, PAs, EAs, Receptionists as well as specialist roles within Finance, Legal and HR.


Roles vary from 1 day to a few months + and many of our temporary role lead on to Permanent opportunities.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Supporting a busy team with all Administration tasks including typing letters, sorting post, updating the website and database, filing important documents, managing the busy inbox

  • Based on the Front Office Desk, you'll also meet and greet all visitors to the office, issue security passes, answer the phones, book meeting rooms etc


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Great communication skills

  • Competent user of Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Highly organised and flexible

  • Smartly presented with some office based experience, from any industry
