An exciting opportunity to support a well-established financial services company based near Godalming.


My client is seeking an experienced purchase ledger administrator to join their expanding team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate!



Responsibilities:



  • Supplying payment data to the Accountants

  • Preparing regular payroll payments and supplier payment runs

  • Using various online banking websites to create payments and download statements

  • Ensuring adequate funds are available and liaising with the client

  • Processing all payments on a timely basis

  • Updating cash book reconciliations for multiple clients

  • Input templates onto the banking systems

  • Creditor reconciliations and purchase ledger administration

  • Dealing with client payment and invoice queries

  • Answering telephones and redirecting calls if required

  • Ad hoc administrative duties

  • Maintain Purchase Ledger for clients + internal



We are looking for:



  • Strong purchase ledger experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experienced using SAGE50 (Preferred)

  • Team Player

  • You must be able to Drive!
