A prestigious, global leading Non- Profit Charity organisation are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team for a 1 month temporary holiday cover.


You must be available to start w/c Monday 13th June.



JOB ROLE: Personal Assistant to the CEO and Office Administrator


COMPANY: Private, non- profit development organisation


HOURS: Full time/ hybrid working 2 days in the office; Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm


SALARY: £18 per hour, plus holiday pay


LOCATION: Kings Cross, London


CULTURE: Corporate office, working within a friendly and busy environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Providing exceptional PA / Admin support for CEO

  • Managing diaries and booking appointments

  • Meeting and greeting guests

  • Attending meetings

  • Being the first point of contact, assisting with ad hoc duties

  • Redirect emails and escalate to the appropriate team

  • Organising travel arrangements

  • Arranging couriers and booking taxis

  • Ensuring that the office remains up to date with hygiene standards

  • Maintaining and submitting expenses

  • Working with the head of finance to manage data lists

  • IT focal point for the office, ensuring all software is updated

  • Representing the company at Health and Safety meetings


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Educated to undergraduate degree

  • Qualified first aider is desirable

  • Highly organised nature

  • Proven ability to multitask in a busy environment

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Strong experience of working in a client facing PA, EA role

  • Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites



  • Experience using Salesforce software is advantageous

  • A confident, professional, flexible and friendly disposition

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships
