My client a Tech start up business in Mayfair are looking for a temporary PA to start on Monday. You will be responsible for supporting the 3 founders / Directors on a day to day basis with their business support needs.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic PA to join a high energy family office with an entrepreneurial, start-up atmosphere. They are looking for an intelligent, proactive and tech savvy individual who will be assisting the principal with everything from diary management, booking flights, sourcing venues, maintaining the office and everything in between.

  • Start date: Monday 21st November

  • Pay rate: £20.00 - £21.00 per hour

  • Duration: ASAP - ongoing through to mid January - cover whilst they hire perm

  • Supporting 3 really friendly support Directors

Core duties include:

* Daily and frequent communication with the CEO

* Diary management including setting up times, calls and locations for the principal, and core office team

* Using project management boards to track activities and keep principal up to date

* Running general errands

* Providing general office assistance including meeting and greeting, replenishing office supplies, assisting with keeping the office presentable, etc

* Preparing new employee starter packs, NDAs and assisting with office administration

* Booking travel and accommodation efficiently, managing itineraries and proactively tracking related visa and insurance positions

* Assisting with sourcing bespoke items, coming up with unique luxury lifestyle ideas, utilising existing contacts

* Willingness to be flexible with timings and to deal with requests when required out of hours

You will need to well spoken and well presented, someone who is looking to stay long term and is proactive IE. will notice/do things before being asked to do them. Excellent attention to detail is an important attribute as they don't micromanage. They value pro-activity and innovative thinking highly - coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking ahead rather than waiting to be told what the next task would be.
