JOB ROLE: Temporary Office Coordinator


COMPANY: Recruitment


HOURS: Full time Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30 (must be flex!)


SALARY: £14 - 15 per hour based on experience


LOCATION: West End, London

Our client who are a faced paced recruitment company with a strong background in the private equity markets are undergoing rapid growth and therefore seeking a temporary Office Coordinator to support their Office Manager


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


Taking ownership of helping the Office Manager with the running of the office including managing the facilities, payroll, updating excel and in house databases, ensuring that there are office supplies/milk/sugar etc, sorting post and arranging couriers, managing the bookings/events and growing this part of the business, general administration tasks are also a vital part of this role.


You need to be on hand and flexible and able to provide an extra pair of hands to this busy Office Manager.


Excellent customer service skills are a must as well as the ability to juggle a busy diary of events accurately.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Any industry background will be considered but you must be confident, outgoing, resilient and happy working in a fast paced recruitment environment.

  • Previous Office Assistant / Team Assistant experience is essential

  • Only candidates who are hard working, flexible and enthusiastic will be considered!
