Job Details:
* Temporary Administrators
* £12ph - £14ph *Depending on experience
* City of London - Hybrid working pattern available
* 9:00am - 5:30pm (Flexible working)
* ASAP start

Job Spec:
* Telephone management - assisting with calls and passing messages through to the relevant person
* Data entry of project details ensuring the database is up to date, updating several excel spreadsheets
* Managing the overflow of documents
* Assisting the project manager with adhoc tasks and all administrative duties
* Enter all products onto the relevant tracking system
* Provide support to the management team and helping other departments when needed



Requirements:
* Administration experience required
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
* Excellent Organisational skills
* Self-motivated and can-do attitude
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player
* Natural problem solver
* Effective communicator, ability to build relationships
