Hourly Rate: £10.00 - 11.00 per hour plus holiday accrual

Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

The role:

Providing support services for the Project and Maintenance delivery teams, assisting with general administration duties.

Predominantly processing invoices, dealing with internal and external correspondence, using internal systems and web-based apps to raise job numbers, purchase orders and process payments and assist with financial records.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will:

  • Previous Admin experience is essential, including competency with MS Outlook, composing emails and updating internal systems accurately

  • Previous experience with Sage or similar Finance systems

  • Confident with all Microsoft packages, including Excel

  • Be confident speaking on the phone

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Excellent Organisational and time management skills
