Temporary HR Administrator

Temporary HR Generalist Administrator - £13-14ph


Office Angels Staines is currently seeking a temporary HR Generalist Administrator to support a friendly team, with a great work environment and positive company culture. You will be working within the HR team to support the employee life-cycle for 500 staff. This will be for approximately 6 weeks with the potential to go permanent.


Working hours are 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours a week, full-time, and onsite parking.



  • You will be managing the employee life cycle for 500 staff



  • Liaising with the recruiter when to start the on-boarding process

  • Sending out offer letters and contracts

  • Setting new starters up on the HR system workday

  • Ensuring employee details are kept up to date

  • Minute taking in any HR meetings

  • Experience of ER cases, grievances, and disciplinary's

  • Managing terminations

  • Supporting the HR/Recruitment team with anything else that is required

  • Ideally have used workday before, but this is not essential
