Temporary - HR Administrator
Pay rate - £10-£12 per hour (Depending on experience)
Location - Motherwell
Length of Contract - six months
Hours - 8.-30-17.00 (early finish on a Friday)

Office Angels Glasgow have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the HR team on a temporary basis for a period of six months. Our client is a successful Construction Design/FM Company based within Eurocentral business park.

Due to the nature of the role we will only be shortlisting candidates to can commute to Eurocentral and who can commit to the entirety of the six month contract.



The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience and be open to learning and embracing the world of HR.

How your day will look -

* Data entry
* Onboarding & offboarding procedures
* Setting up training for new starts & liaising with other departments regarding any training needs
* Keeping policies and procedures up to date 
* Monitoring holidays, absence and lieu time 
* General administration support  
* Preparing reports 

Candidate requirements: 

* Outstanding administration skills 
* A pro-active approach to work 
* Effective time-management skills 
* An organised approach to the daily tasks and the ability to work under pressure 
* Proficient in the Microsoft office suite, including Excel 
* Knowledgeable in GDPR 


This is a wonderful opportunity for a less experienced HR graduate to build upon their knowledge but also for seasoned Administrators to join a bustling and busy team where they can showcase their years of Administration experience.
