A prestigious, state-of-the-art International Business School are seeking a hands- on HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.


You must be immediately available and able to commit for a 3 month period.



JOB ROLE: HR Administrator


COMPANY: Business school


HOURS: Full time/ office based; Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm


SALARY: £16.50 per hour, plus holiday pay


LOCATION: West Hampstead, London


CULTURE: Corporate office, working within a friendly and fast paced environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Assisting with personnel file audit

  • Contract Production

  • Adhoc HR Letter Production

  • Adhoc HR projects

  • Managing the HR inbox

  • Arranging interviews for candidates


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previously worked within a HR Department

  • Knowledge and Understanding of UK right to work rules

  • Organised and Methodological

  • Good Excel Skills

  • Must have an enthusiastic friendly and professional disposition

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Ability to use initiative
