TEMPORARY HR ADMINISTRATOR


SALARY: £9.50 PER HOUR

LOCATION: EDINBURGH


HOURS - 39 HOURS PER WEEK (EVENING AND WEEKEND WORK ARE A REQUIREMENT OF THIS ROLE)

We're teaming up with an innovative not for profit organisation to assist with the recruitment of a Temporary HR Administrator to help our client through a busy period. Due to the pandemic they have had an influx of work and this role will be pivotal in helping them keep on top of service levels.



Duties: -




  • Creating and advertising new vacancies

  • Diary management and booking interview rooms

  • Ensuring candidate database is kept up to date

  • Managing the candidate life cycle including all associated administration

  • Assisting in the pre employment screening process

  • Organising and dispatching decline/offer letters

  • Administering vetting/background checks - creating HR files for offer packs

  • Gathering and vetting UK right to work

  • Managing shared HR inbox and replying to e-mails

  • Processing contract amendments and leave requests and providing accurate information to payroll

  • Assist in the collation and reporting of SSSC registration information as required


We'd love to speak to candidates with:



  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Have experience in a customer facing role

  • Awareness of safer recruitment policies

  • Experienced in HR or Recruitment admin

  • Knowledgeable in GDPR and confidentiality practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst working to tight deadlines

  • Fantastic attention to detail

  • Essential previous experience in either a Recruitment or HR role or similar

  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management

  • Fully conversant in MS Office Packages, particularly Excel
