Our client who is a hospitality development platform that partners with early-stage restaurant and entrepreneurs to support and accelerate growth who have partnered with some of the UK's most exciting hospitality brands are seeking an experienced and motivated PA / Office Assistant to support the CEO whilst they recruit for the role permanently.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, personable, and passionate about all things food and drink.

Based in luxury Soho offices.

Seeking a confident, organised, food lover PA to support the CEO of the company with daily duties which include, dairy management, booking restaurants, research, travel arrangement and general office management duties

The role: Temporary Full-Time PA

Pay rate: £16 p/h

Start date: Immediately

Duration: around 2 months whilst they recruit perm

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (1 hours unpaid lunch)

Overview of the role/Duties:

  • Comprehensive diary and email management to the CEO

  • Organising meetings - face to face, audio & video conferences.

  • Coordinating travel & accommodation arrangements.

  • Helping to prepare presentations and researching new opportunities.

  • Typical personal support.

Experience/Skills required:

The ideal candidate will:

  • have 3+ years as a PA in a rapidly growing organisation.

  • be highly organised, meticulous, and approachable with the ability to multi-task.

  • be proficient with MS office.

  • act professionally and proactively, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.

  • have a sense of humour and an ability to handle lots of moving parts.

  • A passion for food and knowledge of restaurants and hospitality is desirable.

You must be avaliable to start w/c 18th September.
