Temporary Front of House Assistant

Working within this modern and friendly practice as a Front of House Assistant in Glasgow City Centre you will provide a first-class customer experience and provide administration support to the team.

What your day will look like:

  • Answering telephones and dealing with enquiries

  • Supporting the office environment

  • Diary management and booking client appointments

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Recording client information on Excel

  • Dealing with any scheduling issues and offering pro-active solutions

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role

  • Knowledge of administration and reception duties

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Knowledgeable in GDPR

  • Outgoing personality with a confident and pleasant telephone manner

The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Location is within walking distance of both the main bus and train stations.
