Temporary Events Marketing Coordinator

Office Angels are proud to be partnering with a leading company based in Whiteley, in search for an experienced Events Marketing Coordinator. This temporary position will be starting immediately until the end of March. The main responsibility of this fantastic role will be to provide marketing and lead generation support, across a range of business support programmes.


Key duties will include:



  • Drafting registration pages and imagery/banners for business events

  • Producing and scheduling mailers, e-shots and e-newsletters to promote events and business support programmes

  • Building an engaged community on social media to increase the quality and quantity of event recruitment

  • Creating social media posts, designing graphics and visuals based on pre-existing templates

  • Planning, designing and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns


We are seeking someone who has experience in creating content for social media and running email marketing and lead generation campaigns for a business audience.


If you have outstanding proof reading and copy-writing skills, are a confident user of Microsoft office suite, CRM systems and Indesign, then we would love to hear from you!
