A prestigious International Training course provider are looking for an Events Coordinator to work with them on a temporary basis of 1 month.
Your role will be to support the training team in the set-up, coordination and smooth running of weekly large- scale training courses / seminars held in 5* London hotels.
You will be based in the offices of a luxury 5 star hotel in the heart of West London.
JOB ROLE: Events Coordinator - on site at a 5 star London hotel
COMPANY: Training course provider - Dubai based
HOURS: Part- time, Monday -Thursday 8AM-2:45PM and 8AM-12:30PM on Friday
SALARY: £16 per hour, plus holiday pay
LOCATION: 5 star West London Hotel

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Acting as brand ambassador
- Maintaining a strong relationship with venues
- Liaise with course administrators and instructors
- Organising meeting room set ups
- In charge of all event logistics; delivery of materials
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Providing assistance for the event where necessary
- Ensuring all health and safety and policies are adhered to
