Office Angels are currently seeking a temporary Events Assistant / Fulfilment Specialist to join a highly prestigious, Events client of mine.



You must be available to start on Wednesday 11th May and assist for 3 days.



There could be potential longer term Events Assistant roles available with this client so if you are looking for an entry level Events role this is an excellent foot into a very special events company.




JOB ROLE: Temporary Events Assistant - 3 days

SALARY: £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay

I am seeking 6 x Passionate, entrepreneurial, fun temps who have a strong interest in Events to help on a Project for 3 days next week - Wednesday 11th, Thursday, 12th, and Friday 13th May.


There will be longer term events opportunities with this client so although there is only initially 3 days work this could be an amazing in if you are seeking a longer term career in events.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


Effectively Coordinating Fulfilment Logistics.



  • Co-ordinating the fulfilment of shipments and deliveries of all client related materials, including tickets, credentials, gift bags, and any other client related materials

  • Identifying, implementing and managing third party fulfilment relationships

  • Working with logistic carriers (i.e. FedEx, DHL and UPS) to identify and negotiate cost saving opportunities

  • Co-ordinating both domestic and international fulfilment needs.

  • Developing staff plans and working with all teams to ensure successful shipment and client communications.



You will need to be able to:-
