Role: Temporary Event Helpdesk Assistants


Location: Leeds, LS12


Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm (Some weekend work required)


Start Date: Wednesday 14th December 2022


Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of extension)


Salary: £11.50 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits

We are proud to be supporting this fantastic global marketing agency in the recruitment of hard-working and passionate Event Helpdesk Assistants to support with the role out of a large-scale event.


Your main duties will be to answer calls on a helpdesk with registration queries (e.g., I can't log on / my password doesn't work / how do I change my sessions) and answer similar queries which will come into an email inbox.


If you are highly organised with a confident phone manner, we would love to hear from you!


Full training and support will be provided.


Brief Overview of Responsibilities:



  • Handling all incoming phone and email correspondence efficiently and effectively

  • Creating a personal experience for each customer so they feel respected

  • Troubleshoot any customer issues regarding bookings

  • Co-ordinate the sign up & bookings process
