EA to Chief HR Officer

Part WFH Part Office based, hours Mon - Fri 39 per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making travel arrangements

  • Organising and maintaining office systems

  • Working directly with high-level employees

  • Preparing corporate documents

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality

  • Organising entire schedule for Chief Officer

  • Sustaining a level of professionalism among staff

The role would suit a candidate who has previously worked in an EA role for a Senior individual within a Retail environment, with a focus on HR.

We are looking for someone dynamic, super organised, excellent IT skills including all MS Applications and a willingness to get the job done. Someone with excellent communication skills is a must!

The role starts on 14th October so you will need to be immediately available and ready to start.
