Office Angels are proud to be partnering with a Property Developer in Wakefield, who are seeking a Customer Service professional to join their outgoing, friendly, and sociable team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate!

Role: Temporary Customer Support Coordinator - Permanent Opportunity!

Salary: £23k - £25k + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Pay

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:45pm, Fridays 9:00am - 4:00pm

Duration: Ongoing, with the potential to become permanent

Location: Wakefield, WF2 (Free parking onsite) + hybrid working once trained

What duties will you be doing on daily basis?

  • Providing exceptional Customer service via email and phone. A typical day will begin with a 30 minute catch up on your emails followed by around 10-20 calls per day starting at 9am.

  • Carrying out administrative duties; entering data into Microsoft Excel, reviewing Customer Trackers. You will have 1 day per week off from the phones to catch up with your administration duties.

  • Managing the email inbox, prioritising emails as they come in and responding within the appropriate timeframe. There may be 15-20 emails on a typical day to respond to and close, but this can be busier over the winter months.

  • Manage customer complaints professionally, following company guidelines and processes.

  • Monitoring the Customer Services inbox

  • Receive and log on MS Dynamics the results of all telephone calls, emails and portal enquiries from Customers

To be considered for this opportunity you will:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative

  • Able to demonstrate efficiency and reliability in previous roles

  • Ability to think ahead and forecast customer issues

  • Great interpersonal, communication and relationship skills

  • Face to face customer services experience
