£9.75ph to £10.00ph paid weekly on a timesheet basis


Remote based with will need to travel to Hemel Hempstead for training and occasional days in the office


JOB TITLE: Temporary Customer Service


LOCATION: Hemel Hempstead


HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Providing administrative support to a busy department

  • Responding to large volume enquiry inbox

  • Resolving customer queries and complaints

  • Inputting both alpha and numerical data to a system

  • Ensuring the highest standard of accuracy

  • Using Word and Excel

  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
