Role: Temporary Customer Service Executive - Luxury Sportswear Brand

Location: LS15 - Parking on site for you

Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 2 - 4 weeks with the possibility of extension

Salary: £12.00 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits

Office Angels are proud to be working with a specialist retailer in LS15 to find them 2 Customer Service Superstars to join their growing team on a temporary basis. This business has had outstanding success over the last few years!

They are looking for ambitious, driven people to support them for an initial 2 - 4-week period, with potential for this to extend. If you are a confident communicator, are passionate about people and want to feel heard within a business, you shouldn't miss this opportunity!

You'll be based in their LS15 site with brilliant access to the M1 and public transport links within a business that cares about your input on products and understands that you are the voice of the company.

You will be organised, thorough, efficient, and confident along with having positive and friendly personality.

This opportunity is ideal for those who have previously worked in a similar, customer focused role.

Brief Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Handling all incoming phone and email correspondence efficiently and effectively

  • Creating a personal experience for each customer so they feel respected

  • Troubleshoot any customer issues regarding orders

  • Updating the order log for retailers to ensure their delivery deadlines are met

  • Updating the customer as each stage of the process

  • A friendly and positive attitude

  • Evident customer service experience
