Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Assistant
Contract Length - 4 months
Start date: ASAP
Days: Working 5 out of 7 days including weekends on a rotational basis
Hours: 10.00am - 6.00pm
About the Role: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in upholding this clients brand's reputation for outstanding service. You will handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, web chat, and social media. Full training will be provided to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of their product offers, ranges, and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Answering email enquiries with an email template
- Providing customer service
To excel in this role and maintain our high standards of service, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- A strong customer service ethos with a positive, "here-to-help" mindset.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar customer-facing or administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A focused, dedicated, and willing attitude.
