JOB TITLE: Temporary customer service Co-ordinator

LOCATION: Broxbourne

CO. TYPE: Recruitment

HOURS: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week over weekly shift pattern 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm

BENEFITS: This job will start on a temp basis, but for the right candidate could lead to an offer of permanent employment.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Taking / making calls to screen candidates for roles

  • On-boarding staff

  • Document checking and reviewing documents

  • Administrative check and compliance of new starters

We'd love to speak with candidates with:

  • Has experience of providing Recruitment administrative support in a busy team

  • Previous Customer Service or call centre experience

  • Proficient with Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail
