Delivering excellent customer service through our multi-channel contact centre, responding to all customer enquiries in a professional way that builds long lasting relationships with customers whilst meeting or exceeding individual targets

Role Contribution

  • Engaging customers in conversations or through online channels to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions

  • Using initiative and quick thinking to solve issues whilst maximising promotions and sales opportunities

  • Proactively identifying any possible improvements to team procedures with consideration of cost and waste

  • Actively work towards customer complaint resolution, thereby contributing to the success of the Customer service Department as a whole

  • Delivering best in class service to our customers through great interactions and effective delivery when customers are asking questions or raising concerns

  • Meeting internal KPIs in dispute resolution

  • Working closely with the rest of the team offering support and guidance to find new and improved resolution options

  • Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business


  • High level of computer literacy, including word, excel and power point

  • Ideally experience of working with Qualtrics, Trustpilot and other customer feedback touchpoints
