JOB TITLE: Temporary Customer Service Administrator


LOCATION: Taunton Town Centre


HOURLY RATE: Up to £11.00 P/H (DOE)


HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised individuals with excellent customer care skills to join a well-established and highly reputable business in Taunton. This is a temporary role to support the business through a busy period for a minimum of 6 - 8 weeks starting on Monday 8th August, however there may be permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.


The main purpose of this role is to provide a high level of customer service with the willingness to always go the extra mile. You must have prior experience within a customer service role along with good IT skills and a confident and professional telephone manner.


Key duties will include:



  • Contacting customers and logging details onto the system with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ensuring all phone calls are answered in a timely manner

  • Updating database

  • Ensuring any complaints or concerns received are recorded correctly an resolved appropriately

  • Reviewing documents on hold and pushing these through to the next process

  • Liaising with various departments and senior team members

  • Filing, scanning and achieving documents

  • Other administration support
