Role: Temporary Customer Service Administrator


HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm


SALARY: £13.15


LOCATION: White City

What you will be doing…



  • Processing requests for credit notes pertaining to missing, faulty, or overdelivered products.

  • Managing requests to open new accounts within our system, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately processed.

  • Handling the creation of manual invoices and proforma invoices as requested by internal stakeholders.

  • Maintaining clear and organised communication channels for internal queries and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.

  • Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or invoices.

  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.



To be successful in this role you will have…



  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity involving order management or customer support.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Proficiency in using email systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software applications.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
