JOB TITLE: Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Immediate Start (£12.00 P/H)


LOCATION: Weston-super-Mare (Outskirts)


HOURLY RATE: £12.00 P/H


HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

THE ROLE:


This award winning and successful FMCG company is seeking a driven and reliable Customer Service Administrator to join their team immediately until the end of August on a temporary basis however there may be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The successful applicant will need to be passionate about delivering a high levels of customer service, whilst having high attention to detail and accuracy. As a large amount of this role is phone based you must possess a polite, professional and confident telephone manner. Due to the location of this role you must be a driver with full access to a vehicle.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Answering calls, screening calls and taking messages

  • Updating customer details

  • Assisting with customer queries

  • Adding sales figures onto spreadsheets

  • Maintaining customer accounts

  • Processing customer's orders

  • Filing, scanning

  • Other administration duties


SKILL REQUIRED:



  • Prior reception and administration experience

  • Good IT and communication skills

  • High level of customer care skills with the ability to go the extra mile

  • Strong organisation and planning skills

  • Excellent multi-tasker with experience working in a fast pace environment
