Overview:



  • Ensure all calls received into the department are answered professionally and courteously with issues logged accordingly on database

  • Answer the telephone promptly and action accordingly

  • Respond and deal with emails in a timely and effective manner, log on database where required

  • To ensure that all defects are dealt with by the appropriate contractor and reported immediately and logged on database accurately

  • Help support and manage the daily diary of the Customer Care Manager



Skills and Experience



  • IT literate to include Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Fantastic telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with good letter writing skills

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • To provide first class customer service to consumers of a high end product

  • Strive to get results

  • Team player with excellent people skills

  • Desire to strive to get results

  • Works well under pressure - good decision maker
