💰 In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to take ownership of all cash collection activities. You will be the driving force behind successful payment collection through various channels like telephone, email, and letters. 📞📧💌

✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it, would be to prioritise your calls strategically, focusing on the largest and oldest debts first. By doing so, you will maximise collection efforts and contribute to the financial stability of your team. 💪

📅 Maintaining a well-organised diary with future actions will be crucial to your success in this position. You will be keeping track of next steps and ensuring prompt resolution of client queries and disputes. Additionally, you will utilise your negotiation skills to establish payment plans that work for all parties involved. 🗓️

🤝 Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be an essential part of your role. By collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that queries are swiftly resolved. Your dedication to accuracy will shine through as you maintain up-to-date contact details and meticulously record all communications with clients. 📝

This temporary opportunity offers an hourly rate of £15.00.

Hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday 🕒
